OpenAI Content Sharing Notice
GeeGii does not currently send profile or avatar editor content to OpenAI. Future AI features may use the OpenAI API. When an AI feature is enabled, text, prompts, files, game feedback, or other content you submit to that feature may be sent to OpenAI and may be shared with OpenAI for service improvement, model training, research, evaluation, testing, and related development purposes.
Your choice
Do not use GeeGii AI features if you do not want the content you submit to those features to be shared with OpenAI for development purposes. Use of AI features is your consent to this content sharing.
What not to submit
Please do not submit any of the following to GeeGii AI features:
- Sensitive, confidential, private, or proprietary information.
- Protected Health Information or medical records.
- Personal data from children under 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent.
- Content you do not have the rights, licenses, or permissions to provide.
Responsibility for your inputs
You are responsible for the content you submit to GeeGii AI features. If you upload or enter content that belongs to someone else, you must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and allow it to be processed as described here.
OpenAI terms
This notice is intended to support GeeGii's use of OpenAI API services under OpenAI's business terms and content sharing requirements. OpenAI's current terms and related data information are available at OpenAI Services Agreement, OpenAI API data controls, and OpenAI API data sharing information.
Changes
GeeGii may update this notice as AI features, account features, or provider requirements change. If a feature needs a stronger consent flow, GeeGii should show a clear in-product checkbox or confirmation before that feature sends content to OpenAI.
